April Showers Bring May Flowers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For me, spring and fall are by far my favorite seasons.\u00a0 After a long, cold winter it was so nice to be outside this past weekend and enjoy the sunshine!\u00a0 I am so thankful to live in a location that gets to experience all four seasons.\u00a0 As I was outside this weekend I could not help but stop & look around.\u00a0 The creation seems to be bursting with life!\u00a0 There were buds on almost every tree, the flowering trees seemed to explode over the weekend and the spring flowers are appearing everywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a household with 4 teenagers, spring is very busy at our house with school activities, sports, year-end school programs, graduations, college finals, work, etc.\u00a0 Everyone seems to be hustling about, going here, going there.\u00a0 What about your household?\u00a0 If it’s anything like mine, there are times when you feel you can’t even catch your breath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My challenge for myself and my family (and you too) is to try to schedule – yes schedule – time to take a break and enjoy some quiet time outside.\u00a0 Enjoy the outdoors, the beautiful city that we live in, and the nature around us.\u00a0 It’s amazing how therapeutic listening to birds singing while soaking up the sunshine and smelling the fresh spring air is.\u00a0 So take a break!\u00a0 Allow yourself to relax and enjoy the beautiful spring season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
